Did you know that our main cheese industry group is called The American Cheese Society?! We have an annual conference where cheesemakers, cheesemongers, and cheese professionals come together to celebrate American-made cheese. This year the conference took place in Richmond, Virginia and Lydia and Marnie were able to attend (and speak on a panel!) There were over 1,700 American-made cheeses under one convention roof and over 3 days we talked, listened and ate all things cheese. Join us for an evening into the world of American Cheese Society and taste some of our new favorite finds as we share stories about the important producers we just spent time with.
