Thats exactly what two sisters did here in Claremont. Marnie and Lydia Clarke have created many things inside the Cheese Cave; architecture, passion, information, advocates, and a beautifully curated selection of the most treasured cheeses from around the world. Give yourself the opportunity of discovering a cheese that has remained unchanged for generations and you will fully understand the devotion your Cheesemongers have to their craft.
Since the shop opened on 18 June 2010, the girls have been feverishly seeking out the most amazing flavors to share with us; boutique wines, handmade local beers, artisan salumi, and notable cheeses to name a few. Whether you’re coming in to grab a quick sandwich for lunch, a platter for a party, or you want your cheesemonger to help you select a few cheeses to share with your cronies, you’re in great hands!
